The goal of this workshop is to help companies turn their talents into a strategic resource, align individual potentials with organizational goals, and create a unique DNA for their company’s success. Through an intensive and interactive program, participants had the opportunity to work together on defining organizational identity, creating a unique competency model, and transforming HR processes.

One of the key elements of this workshop is the active involvement of the management team. In April, we will focus on communication skills, and in May on time management. June will be dedicated to leadership skills, and July to employee performance management.

Each of these workshops is created according to the specific needs of each company, and we continuously adjust them during the process. The number of seats is limited to 8-10 participants to ensure an individual approach and maximum interaction.
